At Health Equipped Home, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent return experience for our customers. Because we work with multiple fitness equipment manufacturers and distributors, return eligibility and restocking fees may vary depending on the product and supplier. Please see the bottom of this policy for supplier-specific return and refund policies.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
Orders canceled before shipment are typically eligible for a full refund.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom, made-to-order, and special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
Please contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure whether a product is considered custom or made-to-order.
Returns & Exchanges
General Return Guidelines
Most unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within the manufacturer’s approved return window.
Customers are responsible for:
- return shipping costs
- exchange shipping costs
- applicable restocking fees unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer
Because many fitness products ship via freight carrier, return shipping costs for large equipment may be significant.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- products must be unused and unassembled
- products must be returned in original packaging
- all accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included
Opened, used, installed, or damaged products may not qualify for return or may be subject to additional restocking fees which can be up to 25%.
Freight Deliveries & Damage Claims
Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
If visible freight damage is present:
- note the damage when signing for delivery
- take photos of the packaging and product
- contact support@healthequippedhome.com within 24 hours
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect claim eligibility with the carrier.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable depending on the manufacturer’s return policy.
Warranty Information
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and product functionality under normal use. Please refer to individual product pages for manufacturer-specific warranty information.
Promotional Orders
For promotional offers such as Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions, all promotional items may need to be returned together in order to qualify for a full refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

Supplier-Specific Return and Refund Polices (A-Z)
Body-Solid
- Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipment
- Products returned without an authorized RA number may not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for prepaid return freight charges on approved returns and warranty claims
- Freight collect shipments are not accepted by Body-Solid
- Returned products must be in original condition and packaging when applicable
FITBENCH
- FITBENCH products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Returned products must be in original packaging and salable condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are issued minus original shipping charges when applicable
- Return requests must be authorized prior to shipment
Major Fitness
- Major Fitness offers a 35-day return policy from the delivery date for eligible products
- Returned products must be in good condition and include original packaging when possible
- Products returned with missing components or without original packaging may incur a restocking fee
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Major Fitness
- Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected
TAG Fitness
- Return eligibility may vary depending on the specific TAG Fitness product and manufacturer policies
- Returned products must be unused and returned in original packaging when applicable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping damage or manufacturer defect
- Freight return authorization may be required prior to shipment
