Shipping Information

At Health Equipped Home, we partner with trusted fitness equipment manufacturers and distributors across the United States to provide high-quality home gym and wellness products.

Because many of our products ship directly from supplier warehouses, processing times, shipping methods, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the brand, product size, and destination. Please see the bottom of this policy for supplier-specific shipping policies and timelines.

We are committed to providing accurate shipping information and keeping customers informed throughout the fulfillment process.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders are processed after payment authorization and verification. Certain products, large freight items, pre-orders, or manufacturer backorders may require additional processing time.

If there is a significant delay with your order, our team will contact you directly.

Shipping Times

Estimated transit times for most orders range from 3–10 business days depending on:

  • product availability
  • shipping destination
  • freight carrier scheduling
  • manufacturer fulfillment timelines

Some oversized fitness equipment and freight shipments may require additional transit time.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping delays caused by weather, freight carrier disruptions, manufacturer shortages, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Freight Deliveries

Large fitness equipment may ship via LTL freight carriers.

For freight deliveries:

  • the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  • signature may be required upon delivery
  • customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for large equipment
  • some remote or restricted-access locations may require additional delivery time or carrier fees
  • missed delivery appointments or re-delivery requests may result in additional carrier charges

Please inspect all freight shipments upon delivery before signing. If visible damage is present, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically provided within 24–72 hours after an order ships.

Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier and shipping method.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@healthequippedhome.com.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Health Equipped Home ships only within the contiguous United States.

We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • international destinations
  • P.O. boxes for large freight items

  • Most orders typically process and ship within 2–5 business days
  • Smaller items may ship via standard ground carriers such as FedEx or UPS
  • Larger fitness equipment may ship via freight carrier depending on size and weight
  • Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment and signature upon delivery
  • Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped

    FITBENCH:

    • Orders typically process and ship within 3–5 business days
    • Large FITBENCH products typically ship via freight carrier due to size and weight
    • White glove delivery services may require additional transit time
    • Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped

    Major Fitness:

    • Most in-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days
    • Larger equipment and certain freight shipments may require additional processing and transit time
    • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product size and availability
    • Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment and signature upon delivery
    • Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped

    TAG Fitness:

    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days
    • Smaller items may ship via standard ground carriers, while larger commercial equipment may ship via freight carrier depending on size and weight
    • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately
    • Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment and signature upon delivery
    • Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped

    Total Gym:

    • Most Total Gym home gym orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date the order is placed
    • Accessories and replacement parts typically arrive within 3–7 business days
    • Orders may ship via standard ground carrier or freight carrier depending on product size and weight
    • Some orders may ship in multiple packages
    • Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped

    Valor Fitness:

    • Most Valor Fitness orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days
    • Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and carrier scheduling
    • Smaller items may ship via standard ground carriers, while larger equipment may ship via freight carrier depending on size and weight
    • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately
    • Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped

    VersaClimber:

    • VersaClimber products ship from Southern California
    • VersaClimber Home Climber models are typically shipped within 1–2 weeks
    • Home models may ship via FedEx Ground, while commercial models typically ship via freight carrier in wood crates
    • Some VersaClimber products ship in multiple boxes or crates depending on model and configuration
    • Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment and signature upon delivery
    • Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped
